Memberships
Your membership payment confirms your agreement to the full minimum period of the subscription. Your membership will auto-renew every year on the day of expiry unless we are notified in writing to [email protected].
School of Awakening memberships and Gold (legacy customers only) memberships are a minimum 12 months (1 year) subscription requiring 12 monthly payments at the monthly rate or once yearly payment. They will renew automatically at the end of the 12 month (1 year) period.
Courses
All courses are limited to a fixed time period of access prior to expiry. Viewing all course videos during the access time period is unlimited.
No Refunds / Cancellations
All payments are final. Refunds are not provided on digital products and membership subscriptions, except where the customer can prove they are not able to access their account or the classes. A slow or disrupted internet connection will not be accepted as evidence for incapacity to access your account. Your selection of the check box indicating you have accepted these Terms and Conditions and your payment confirms your agreement to no refund policy.
Cancellations of subscriptions will only be accepted and processed where payment in full of the remaining amount due for the term of the subscription. Once payment has been received to our account the subscription will be cancelled and the subscriber will be notified by email of the cancellation. The customer will still retain access to the classes until the cancellation date which will be at the end of the 12 month period.
Your membership may be cancelled by requesting cancellation via email to [email protected] within 30 days prior to the annual renewal date, being the anniversary of your membership purchase. The membership if on a monthly payment plan will continue unless cancellation is requested by email.
